Join us for the next session in our SureStep Fundamentals series, with Microsoft Sales trainer & coach, Jan de Zwarte. We will continue our planning journey from the June session where we looked at your Reseller territory, your Playing Field. In June we segmented your resellers into 4 categories depending on their historical contribution to your success and your perspective of the potential of their success in FY22. In this session we will take a closer look at each segment / category and start to create a plan around that, your plan towards FY22 success. We will briefly revisit content from previous sessions including an overview of the SureStep Game, seeing yourself as the player, understanding how people/players form and transform & we will look at the SureStep Framework. All of this will be connected to your Playing Field so we can build that Plan towards success. We will also breakout into Teams Breakout rooms in the 2nd SureStep Summit Fundamentals session.
